In this time of uncertainty, it is important for you to know that Spectralab Scientific is still in full operation. We have implemented measures to keep our facility sanitary and our customers safe. Given that onsite equipment installation and training presents a public health risk, customers may schedule for services at a later date. We are also now offering remote installation and training services, where our experienced technicians guide you through the entire process. We are also accepting 25% prepayment on orders, so you may keep instruments on hold. We will be able to prepare them for when your lab is back in full operation.
If you are making a visit to our office for equipment pickup or instrument inspection, we ask that you:
- Do not enter if you recently have had shortness of breath or flu like symptoms
- Apply our hand sanitizer when you come in
- Put on a face mask if you are visiting the warehouse (we will provide one if you did not carry any)
