Eksigent nanoLC as-2 Autosampler:
- Flexible and easy-to-use
- Employs a 2.4 ul volume needle for injection of small volumes without sample losses
- The needle is coated with a proprietary inert coating on both the inside and outside to prevent sample losses due to adsorption.
- The sample compartment is completely enclosed to ensure temperature control down to 4°C.
- Capacity is two microtiter plates or 96 vials. Using two different wash positions, the needle is washed inside and outside to reduce carry-over.
- The 6-port injection valve has port-to-port volumes of <25 nl, and is rated to 10,000 psi.
- A proprietary coating on the valve stator and rotor assures excellent valve reliability and reduces sample adsorption.
Eksigent nanoLC ultra 2D Pump:
- NanoLC-Ultra 2D systems include all of the features of the 1D, plus the added capability of automated 2-dimensional chromatography.
