Cabinet Construction
- Stainless model has stainless steel front door, and sides on exterior. Interior is stainless steel side walls, back, floor, ceiling, and door liner. This unit includes door switch controlled LED interior lighting.
- Standard model features stainless steel door, stainless steel front, and brushed aluminum sides. Interior has anodized aluminum side walls, door liner, and back with stainless steel floor and ceiling.
- 2″ O.D access port with access port cover and insulation plug located on side wall of the chamber.
Doors
- Positive seal, self-closing doors (gravity cam-lift) with 120 degree stay open feature. Magnetic door gaskets of one piece construction, removable without tools for ease of cleaning. Glass door models feature double pane, “Low-E” glass.
Insulation
- Entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using a high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). 2″ or greater insulation thickness throughout.
Shelving
- Wire shelves (3 per door) capable of supporting up to 150 lbs of evenly distributed weight. Gray PVC coated shelves are standard.
- Full height shelf support pilasters, with double oblong holes on 1/2″ centers. Pilasters made of the same material as cabinet interior. Stainless steel shelf clips to be included for each shelf.
Cooling System
- Top mounted, thermoelectric cooling system.
- Peltier based technology is solid state, highly efficient, reliable. Semi-Redundant cooling capability.
- Cooling surfaces act as dehumidifying modules at 25°C/60%RH and 30°C/65%RH.
Humidity Control
- NIST traceable 0.8% Rotronic humidity sensor w/cert.
- Solid state controlled, ultrasonic humidifier with ceramic/titanium disk for long life.
Electrical Characteristics
- Unit completely pre-wired at factory, and ready for final connection to a 120V/60Hz/1/15a outlet. A dedicated outlet is recommended.
