The Finnigan LCQDUO is controlled by Finnigan Xcalibur software. The Finnigan Xcalibur data system is a flexible Windows-based system that allows complete instrument control of the Finnigan LCQ family of mass spectrometers. The Finnigan LCQ DUO equipped with Xcalibur software permits in-line acquisition and integration of photodiode array (PDA) data along with mass spectral data. The LCQ DUO supports ESI (Electrospray) and APCI (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization) ionization sources.

This refurbished Thermo Finnigan LCQ Duo LC/MS/MS comes with a Thermo Surveyor HPLC stack. The Thermo Surveyor HPLC system includes Thermo Surveyor MS Pump, Thermo Surveyor Autosampler and Thermo Surveyor Photodiode array (PDA) Detector. They are really in a great shape and tested at SpectraLab Scientific.
