The Waters ACQUITY Arc System is a quaternary-based, modern LC system for scientists working with established LC methods who are looking for the versatility and robustness required to bridge the gap between HPLC and UPLC, while continuing to support validated assays. With the ACQUITY Arc System and its enabling Arc Multi-flow path technology, scientists now have the ability to emulate the gradient dwell volume and mixing behavior of various LC systems. By selecting the appropriate fluidic path, the ACQUITY Arc System can easily emulate a variety of HPLC systems without altering the method’s gradient table, or provide UHPLC performance with the flip of a switch.
This System includes:
- Waters 2489 UV/Vis Detector
- Waters Sample Manager SM-FTN-R
- Waters Quaternary Solvent Manager QSM-R
- Waters Column Heater/ Cooler
- PC with data
Features:
- Plug-and-play method compatibility
- Switch between HPLC and UHPLC separations with Arc Multi-flow path Technology
- Deploy the benefits of 2.x μm particle columns to boost the chromatographic performance of your methods
- On-demand mobile phase creation with Auto Blend Plus Technology, eliminating the cumbersome and error-prone approach of manual preparation
The Waters 2489 UV/Vis Detector is a sensitive and versatile dual-wavelength absorbance detector available for HPLC, with a design that combines a high energy Deuterium source, a precise optical design, and low-noise, high-speed electronics. These advanced capabilities take UV/Vis detection performance to a new level.
Features:
